About the Role
We are looking for a pedagogical specialist (m/f/d) to strengthen our management team as a district manager for outpatient youth welfare services in the districts of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, and Pankow.
Responsibilities
- Leadership, organization, and further development of the area in cooperation with district managers
- Coordination and leadership of the specialist team
- Responsible steering and organization of the location
- District acquisition and coordination of case inquiries, professional supervision
- Negotiations with district offices/youth welfare offices
- Close cooperation with the district manager of the location, management, Senate administration, youth welfare offices, cooperation partners
- Full representation of the sponsor in the district, public relations, participation in committees
- Project selection
- Administrative tasks
Requirements
- Recognized degree in social work/social pedagogy or comparable qualification
- Legal knowledge in the area of aid according to SGB VIII and in child protection
- Ideally, leadership and management experience
- Identification with the mission statement of LebensWelt (appreciative attitude, intercultural and systemic approach, resource orientation)
