About the Role
Join anzel, an AI company for the business of sport, and shape a brand-new product from scratch. This role involves owning anzel's knowledge layer end-to-end, defining what anzel learns next, and building a network of sports-commercial experts to translate their know-how into usable knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Own anzel's knowledge layer end to end and decide what anzel needs to learn next, and in which order across its knowledge subject areas
- Own the master list of everything anzel can do: organized, accurate and trustworthy
- Build a network of sports-commercial experts and turn their know-how into usable knowledge
- Write clear skill briefs, define what "good" looks like and turn it into tests with our eval engineer
- Direct three AI agents for expert interviews, use-case management and industry scanning
Requirements
- Commercial experience at a league, federation or club in sponsorship, ticketing, hospitality, media or licensing
- Hands-on understanding of sports-business processes across several commercial areas
- A clear sense of what a commercial director would act on and what they would send back
- AI-native: you use AI tools daily and can tell an answer from a deliverable
- Choosy about sources and confident giving engineers direct feedback
