Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 support for Windows/VMware Production Servers, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of critical business applications.
- Manage physical Windows servers and hardware infrastructure, including server provisioning, firmware updates, hardware diagnostics, and vendor coordination.
- Support production change implementation, patch management, server migrations, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Engage in Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, testing, failover/failback activities, and ensure business continuity for production environments.
- Perform user administration and maintain Citrix XenApp environments.
