About the Role
Seeking a Blue Yonder/JDA WMS and Billing Consultant for an urgent contract role in Australia.
Responsibilities
- Configure billing systems, customer contracts, rate cards, billable events, storage, handling, and VAS charges.
- Manage invoice generation, billing validation, and reconciliation.
- Perform functional/integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and provide production support.
- Analyze business requirements and collaborate with functional, technical, and client teams.
- Participate in Blue Yonder implementation, enhancement, or support projects.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Blue Yonder/JDA WMS and Billing Management/Luminate Billing.
- Hands-on experience with billing configuration, customer contracts, rate cards, billable events, storage, handling and VAS charges.
- Good understanding of warehouse, logistics and 3PL billing processes.
- Experience in invoice generation, billing validation and reconciliation.
- Experience in functional/integration testing, UAT, defect resolution and production support.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and work with functional, technical and client teams.
- Experience in Blue Yonder implementation, enhancement or support projects.
- Strong communication, documentation and client-facing skills.
