Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth production start by preparing materials and checking equipment.
  • Monitor manufacturing processes and equipment, documenting precisely according to GMP guidelines.
  • Prepare samples for in-process controls and carefully review documentation.
  • Maintain equipment in top condition through cleaning, maintenance, and prompt troubleshooting.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous optimization of production equipment and processes.

Requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship as a chemical laboratory assistant, chemical technician, pharmaceutical technician, or in a comparable field.
  • Responsible work according to GMP guidelines, with precise and structured documentation.
  • High reliability, independence, and a strong understanding of structured processes.
  • Team spirit, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
  • Good German and English language skills for working in an international environment.
