Responsibilities
- Execute technical product demonstrations and presentations for pre-sales activities, including workshops and RFI/RFP support.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Organic analysis to help customers maximize software application usage.
- Collaborate with Field Team members to develop systems, tools, and provide front-line support to sales.
- Deliver product training to marketing and sales teams on new features and functionality.
- Coordinate with Product Management and the Services team to incorporate new product enhancements and deliver competitive solutions.
- Characterize the external market through pipeline analysis and competitive assessments.
- Coordinate with Marketing Communications for marketing campaign design and execution.
- Maintain a professional image with customers, clients, and vendors.
Requirements
- Subject matter expertise in Organic analysis.
- Ability to perform pipeline analysis and competitive assessments.
- Experience in developing and deploying systems and tools.
- Proficiency in delivering product training.
- Experience coordinating with Product Management and Services teams.
- Experience coordinating with Marketing Communications.
- Ability to present a professional image.
