About the Role
Identify processes that can be automated with AI agents in areas such as HR, Sales, Finance, or industry-specific fields. Convince decision-makers up to C-level with measurable benefits and develop commissioned projects from initial solutions. Develop enterprise applications independently with Agentic Coding and bring initial AI agents into productive operation within weeks. Take responsibility for revenue at the customer's site and create follow-up projects where multiple colleagues work permanently. Integrate colleagues into the project, empower them quickly, and anchor solutions in the customer's daily work. Work closely with the business departments of our customers and start before the project begins.
Responsibilities
- Identify processes that can be automated with AI agents in areas such as HR, Sales, Finance, or industry-specific fields.

Requirements
- Possess in-depth knowledge of topics such as agentic frameworks, LLM orchestration, or cloud architectures, as well as solid coding skills and experience in rapid prototyping.
- Have successfully implemented at least four AI agents or multi-agent workflows with demonstrable business impact for customers in a productive environment.
- Bring experience in a relevant field, such as agentic coding, AI integration into custom software, or process knowledge in HR, Sales, or a specific industry.
- Have accompanied customer projects with end-to-end responsibility for several years and possess the ability to independently win and expand orders.
- Have several years of experience in software development and software architecture, ideally in backend (e.g., Java, Spring Boot/Quarkus), frontend (e.g., TypeScript/React/Angular/Vue), or fullstack.
- Mediate between IT and business departments, engage stakeholders even with resistance, and provide orientation to the team.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
