Responsibilities

Educational support, upbringing, and care of the children entrusted, documenting their developmental progress.
Child acclimatization, developmental observation, maintaining language learning diaries, and creating progress reports.
Organizing group activities considering children's interests, desires, and abilities.
Planning and executing celebrations, excursions, and events.
Conducting parent-teacher conferences.
Collaborating respectfully and competently with management and the team.
Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and supervisions.
Preparing and implementing age-appropriate educational activities and projects for children.

Requirements

Successfully completed training as an educator, specialist educator for integration or remedial education, or a comparable social education qualification.
Willingness to complete additional training as a specialist educator for integration.
Several years of practical experience in nursery or elementary education.
Identification with the guiding principles of creativity in education.
Strong, results-oriented communication skills and high empathy.
