About the Role

For our London locations, we are looking for a full-time Events Operations Associate. This hands-on role requires a can-do attitude, brilliant attention to detail, and time management skills to deliver a high-quality experience. You will partner with the Events Sales Associate, turning briefs into flawless experiences and supporting enquiry management during quieter periods.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a 5* member experience to event clients and their guests.
  • Coordinate directly with the client on room layout, AV, catering, and timings.
  • Raise invoices and contracts accordingly.
  • Brief event suppliers and contractors ahead of the day.
  • Keep accurate records and capture the right information at every stage.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the events space, including setting up and resetting spaces.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests and queries on the day.
  • Troubleshoot AV issues and escalate to the AV provider when needed.
  • Resolve on-the-day issues with suppliers and contractors.
  • Raise maintenance or facilities issues as they arise.
  • Work alongside the broader Operations and Commercial teams to keep them informed of space availability, scheduling constraints, and changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of every event, logging costs and ensuring revenue reporting is correct in CRM systems.
  • Gather feedback from clients, guests, and own experiences to help improve the events business.

Requirements

  • Willingness to go the extra mile and get hands dirty to deliver an incredible event product.
  • Ability to manage expectations and demands of multiple organisers, vendors, and team members simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and listening).
  • Natural sense of empathy.
  • Customer service background may help.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • Right attitude and passion for Events.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile when required.
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude.
  • Enjoy being hands-on, visible, and deeply connected to our physical space and member community every day.
  • Take real pride in creating a great experience for members, not just getting the task done.
  • Get energy from shaping an evolving environment over maintaining a finished system.
  • Take ownership of problems and see them through.
  • Enjoy the physical work of running an event: setting up, resetting, troubleshooting.
  • Happy to pitch in beyond your core role when the team needs it.
  • Self-motivator, always looking to push yourself and those around you.
  • Happy to give anything a go.
  • Natural people person.
  • Sharp eye for detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to plan time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver projects & tasks to a high standard.
  • Real sense of empathy and care.
  • Consider how words and actions impact those around you.
  • Actively listening to clients is a vital skill.
  • Listen with intention, delve deeper and turn feedback into solutions.
