About the Role
Join a dynamic, connected, and multicultural team at Eurostar, working in four countries with a shared goal: to create an exceptional experience for every traveler. This internship focuses on supporting, maintaining, and evolving the systems used in Eurostar stations, with a direct impact on thousands of travelers.
Responsibilities
- Support the Stations Systems team and contribute to the implementation of projects and evolutions of station systems.
- Participate in the workflow within the 'Stations Systems' team and follow the project lifecycle.
- Conduct technical analyses to resolve incidents and propose solutions tailored to user needs and difficulties.
- Identify, understand, and report project risks and issues to key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the management and delivery of new station application projects, as well as other key applications used in our stations.
- Ensure a balance of workload among project suppliers, monitoring their availability and performance.
- Maintain clear communication among all business stakeholders.
- Help shape the future of Eurostar's station systems by working on key projects related to station information systems in operational and customer service domains (Windows connection, real-time dashboards, Departure Control System tests).
Requirements
- Student in Master 2 / Engineering school (Bac+5) or equivalent, currently in training.
- Very good command of English.
- First experience in software development and in an IT technical environment.
- First experience in project management is a plus.
