About the Role
Work in a modern emergency and service control center with regular working hours and no night shifts. This role is suitable for motivated career changers.
Responsibilities
- Recording and processing alarm and fault messages
- Controlling and coordinating intervention forces
- Logging of processes and deployments
- Creating statistics and evaluations
- Point of contact for deployed employees on site
Requirements
- Demonstrable professional experience in the security sector, ideally in an emergency and service control center (NSL)
- Very good German language skills
- Willingness to work shifts (12-hour shifts) including night, weekend, and public holiday work
- Very good expressive ability and polite, service-oriented customer interaction
- Good MS Office skills
- Experience in call centers or similar is an advantage
- Impeccable police clearance certificate
- Qualification certificate as an NSL specialist through the VdS examination or willingness to obtain it (excluding: Service specialist for security and safety, Specialist for security and safety, Master for security and safety)

- Proficiency in writing reports and operational documentation

- Clear, objective decision-making in alarm situations
