About the Role
LG AI Research는 구성원이 자연어로 업무를 요청하면 AI 에이전트가 사내 업무 도구와 지식 시스템을 활용하여 결과물을 생성하는 AI 업무 도우미를 개발하고 있습니다. 본 프로젝트는 LLM 기반 에이전트가 도구를 사용하고, 작업 상태를 관리하며, 안전하게 격리된 실행 환경에서 동작하도록 만드는 AI agent application 개발 프로젝트입니다. 구성원의 반복 업무를 줄이고, 연구·개발·운영 과정에서 필요한 정보를 더 빠르게 찾고 활용할 수 있도록 돕는 실용적인 AI 서비스를 함께 고도화할 분을 찾고 있습니다.
Responsibilities
- 업무용 AI 에이전트 workflow 기능 개선 및 테스트
- 사내 업무 도구 및 외부 시스템 연동 기능 개발 보조
- LLM tool calling, agent skill, prompt 동작 검증 및 품질 개선
- 에이전트 실행 로그, 실패 케이스, 평가 결과 분석 및 개선
- 모니터링 화면, 문서화, 운영 자동화 등 개발 생산성 개선 업무
- 컨테이너/클라우드 기반 에이전트 실행 환경 이해 및 운영 보조
Requirements
- 컴퓨터공학, 소프트웨어, AI 관련 전공 학사/석사 재학생 또는 졸업생
- Python 또는 TypeScript/JavaScript 중 하나 이상으로 간단한 애플리케이션 개발 가능
- Git을 활용한 협업 개발 경험
- REST API, JSON, CLI, Linux 기본 사용에 익숙
- LLM 기반 개발 도구 사용 경험 또는 빠른 학습 능력
