About the Role
In your 6-month internship, you will support us with initiative, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit in shaping strategic partnerships and successfully implementing diverse projects. You want to contribute in an innovative environment and become part of a dynamic team? You are looking for a position where you can actively shape the development of new business areas and the implementation of diverse projects?
Responsibilities
- Development of partnerships and business areas: With fresh ideas and a feel for innovation, you will support us in building new business areas and partnerships.
- Strategic event and project management: You will be actively involved in the development and implementation of our B2B events and conferences, supporting the team in the conception and strategic orientation of these events.
- Account management and partner support: You will support our team in building and maintaining our B2B partnerships, including supporting partner management, maintaining CRM systems, and assisting with the creation of concepts, offers, and invoices.
- Evaluation and optimization: You will help us to continuously improve our processes through targeted follow-up and feedback collection.
Requirements
- Currently studying business administration, communication science, marketing, event management, media, or a similar field, or have already completed your studies.
- Ideally, you have gained initial experience in a dynamic environment (e.g., consulting, agency, media company, start-up, VC, or similar).
- You bring pioneering spirit, ambition, and the motivation to actively shape our projects. Your "Be a Builder" mentality helps you to master challenges creatively.
- Your work style is organized and goal-oriented; you maintain an overview even with diverse tasks.
- You are convincing in your interactions with various contact persons through confidence and strong communication skills.
- Most importantly: You bring fresh ideas and are eager to take on responsibility from the beginning and contribute your entrepreneurial thinking in a dynamic team.
