About the Role
As a temporary "Consultant" (m/f/d), you will explore the needs of banks and insurance companies, gaining hands-on experience in project work within Financial Services. Contribute your ideas to the transformation of the financial industry, focusing on digitalization, agile work, Artificial Intelligence, effective financial and risk management, sustainability/ESG, frictionless customer journeys, and modern IT architectures.

- Contribute ideas to the transformation of the financial industry.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree starting from the 4th semester of Bachelor's studies or already in a Master's program.
- Ideally, possess prior practical experience in consulting or the financial industry.
- Demonstrate interest in Financial Services and curiosity to explore current challenges of banks and insurance companies if no prior practical experience is available.
- Be responsible, engaged, and team-oriented.
- Work reliably, grasp concepts quickly, and enjoy delving into complex problems.
- Possess very good German language skills (minimum C1 level, business fluent).
- Possess good English language skills (minimum B2 level, fluent).
