About the Role
As an Oracle E-Business Suite Financials Functional Consultant, you will partner with finance stakeholders and project teams to design, configure and deliver robust Oracle Financials solutions that improve business performance, controls and reporting. You will lead workshops, translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EBS solutions, configure Financials modules, support testing and deployment activities, and provide trusted advice on finance process improvement and transformation initiatives.

- Work across the full project lifecycle with exposure to solution architecture, stakeholder engagement, testing, data migration, integrations and business change
- Broaden consulting expertise
Requirements
- Strong experience delivering Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Financials solutions
- Proven track record supporting end-to-end Oracle implementations or upgrades, from requirements gathering and solution design through to testing, deployment and post-go-live support
- Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and consulting skills
- Ability to bridge business and technology teams to deliver effective Oracle solutions
- Collaborative and proactive consulting style
- Passion for finance transformation
- Commitment to continuous learning
- Confidence to take ownership, solve problems and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
