About the Role
This 14-month fixed-term contract role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing sales team, supporting the Channel Director and Key Account Management team to build and maintain partnerships and drive business growth. You will gain experience in sales within a market-leading multinational company, with broad individual development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Channel Director and Key Account Managers, acting as a central point of coordination and communication internally and externally.
- Proactively manage priorities, timelines, and key business activities.
- Assist Key Account Managers in preparing for and following up from account meetings to ensure actions are executed and aligned with strategic direction.
- Generate commercial insights through analysis of sales performance, forecasts, inventory, promotional activity, and customer trends.
- Identify opportunities and risks, providing recommendations to support plans adapted to specific business and customer needs.
- Undertake reporting, including tracking and reporting Consumer Sales, Selling In, Sell-through rates, and other KPI measurements.
- Build strong collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to support sales initiatives.
- Create Planograms, participate in Customer Business Planning, recommend range assortments, and make customer investment decisions.
- Liaise between Customers, Order Management, and Warehouse to ensure seamless communication and achieve timelines.
- Ensure Trade Marketing executions and activities are implemented and deliver LEGO Brand Values.
- Support the growth of omnichannel business by monitoring eCommerce performance, digital execution, and online availability.
- Build strong working relationships with key customer stakeholders, becoming a trusted day-to-day contact for assigned activities.
- Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes, improving reporting, and enhancing ways of working across the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to generate commercial insights from data and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel and experience working with sales, forecast, or customer performance data.
- Growth mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused, and can-do attitude.
- Ability to influence a range of stakeholders.
- Track record of effective relationship building.
- Financial acumen and analysis with the ability to draw recommendations and conclusions.
