About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Specialist to partner with Finance and IT teams, supporting Oracle Fusion across DP World Oceania. This role involves providing expert application support, translating business requirements into solutions, and driving continuous improvement for Oracle Fusion Finance applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert functional support for Oracle Fusion Finance modules and resolve application issues.
- Partner with Finance, IT, and global teams to define business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Support Oracle Fusion Finance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management) and relevant SCM applications.
- Support Oracle Fusion integrations, interfaces, localisations, configurations, security roles, and system enhancements.
- Coordinate requirements gathering, feasibility assessments, functional design, testing, UAT, data conversion, upgrades, releases, and deployments.
- Manage incidents and problems, perform root cause analysis, and support post-implementation activities.
- Support finance-related IT projects, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain application performance, documentation, and knowledge articles.
Requirements
- Qualification in IT, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of IT or application support experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle Cloud Finance, or a similar ERP platform.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes, Oracle Fusion Finance, and business analysis.
- Experience in requirements gathering, application configuration, testing, UAT, system implementation, and incident, problem, and change management.
- Understanding of application architecture, security roles, system interfaces, and integrations.
- Experience in a multinational or complex environment.
- Logistics, supply chain, or global finance experience is desirable.
