About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Support Staff member to join our Operations Support team. This role involves collaborating with clients to manage game operations, including maintenance, announcements, in-game data adjustments, and FAQ creation for major game titles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct maintenance checks using management tools and actual devices to ensure correct implementation.
- Create and post announcements for system failures and maintenance.
- Adjust and verify in-game data based on client instructions.
- Create FAQs based on user inquiries for assigned titles (excluding direct inquiry handling).
Requirements
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email correspondence).
- Interest in games.
- Professional work experience.
- Ability to commute to our office in Suginami-ku, Tokyo.
- Must enter name in English (alphabetical characters) on the application form.
- Must reside within commuting distance of our office.
Skills
- Game operations experience
- Game planner or customer support experience in the game industry
- Experience managing corporate social media (business accounts)
- Public relations or PR experience
