About the Role
As the Lead Expert Onsite Operations & Enablement (m/w/d), you will take on the operational and technical leadership of a cluster within the Onsite Operations & Enablement team. In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and managing your cluster, as well as advancing processes and tools. With your innovative strength and entrepreneurial thinking, you will actively shape the future vision of your cluster and promote sustainable performance increases. The position is limited to 1.5 years.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and operational control.
- Ensure defined quality standards in operational maintenance of onsite product, image, and text content.
- Provide technical control of the cluster and foster effective collaboration.
- Control operational workload and plan cluster capacities and resources.
- Be responsible for onboarding new and existing employees, and co-responsible for recruiting and developing the cluster and its employees.
- Monitor performance and develop processes & tools.
- Ensure and analyze cluster performance using relevant KPIs and develop concrete measures to increase operational excellence.
- Develop, optimize, and establish efficient workflows and processes for content maintenance, publication, and onsite article management.
- Further develop tools for content and article maintenance.
- Further develop the cluster and its associated roadmap to drive innovative and long-term solutions.
- Manage interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate cross-departmental topics and requirements.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies.
- At least 5-8 years of professional experience in e-commerce.
- Sound knowledge in onsite merchandising, content management, or comparable areas.
- Demonstrable experience in process optimization and tool development.
- Competence in project management and parallel management of multiple projects.
- Sound knowledge of key figures, performance monitoring, and deriving data-based decisions.
- Initial experience in the technical leadership of teams.
- High ability to foster effective collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Communication talent, with the ability to convey content appropriately for the target audience.
- Structured, independent way of working with high initiative.
