About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Case Engineer with extensive experience in IBM FileNet Case Manager (ICM), IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), and IBM Content Navigator (ICN). The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale Case Management and Content Management solutions while driving technical excellence across delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise Case Management solutions using IBM FileNet and IBM Case Manager.
- Configure case types, workflows, business processes, roles, and in-baskets.
- Develop custom components, ICN plugins, integrations, and APIs.
- Build scalable REST/SOAP-based integrations with enterprise applications.
- Perform solution design, technical reviews, impact assessments, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide L2/L3 support.
- Support platform upgrades, migrations, modernization, and release activities.
- Create technical design documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership across projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IBM FileNet P8 and IBM Case Manager.
- Strong expertise in IBM FileNet Content Engine (CE), IBM Process Engine (PE), IBM Case Manager (ICM), IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), and IBM Content Navigator (ICN).
- Strong development experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Web Services.
- Experience developing custom widgets, ICN plugins, and workflow solutions.
- Good understanding of Case Builder, Process Designer, ACCE, and ECM architecture.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and production support skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
