Lead the People Programs portfolio for Sydney Metro, encompassing culture, diversity and inclusion, engagement, recognition, and capability development. Translate People & Culture strategy into evidence-based initiatives that drive measurable workforce and organizational outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the People Programs portfolio across Sydney Metro.
  • Design, prioritize, integrate, and deliver enterprise people programs.
  • Translate People & Culture strategy into sequenced, evidence-based initiatives.
  • Define and promote strategies to develop and nurture leadership capability within the organization and wider transport enterprise.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualified or demonstrated, relevant, equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving People & Culture programs for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated capability in aligning and translating People & Culture process driven business requirements into business and operational outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to executives and senior leaders.
  • Experience developing and maintaining strong collaborative working relationships.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where delivery on tight deadlines is critical.
