About the Role

BDO’s Transfer Pricing Practice is seeking an experienced Consultant/Senior Consultant to join their growing team in Sydney. This role offers career growth, the chance to develop new client opportunities, and connect with BDO’s international network. You will deliver exceptional client service, engage in business development, and bring innovation and creative thinking to the practice.

Responsibilities

Documentation and implementation of transfer pricing policies, particularly for Australian outbound clients.
Preparation of transfer pricing documentation for various intercompany transactions, including intangibles and debt pricing.
Assisting clients with the preparation of International Dealings and Reportable Tax Position Schedules.
Preparation of transfer pricing and other analysis for dispute resolution and negotiations with the ATO.
Liaison between transfer pricing, international tax, indirect tax, and other relevant service areas.
Ensuring compliance with Country-by-Country reporting and Significant Global Entity rules.
Working with clients across a broad range of industries.

Requirements

2 to 3 years' transfer pricing experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
Ability to prioritize multiple client commitments and deliver exceptional service.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong business writing and numerical skills.
Sound understanding of transfer pricing principles and local requirements.
