About the Role
As a Field Service Engineer for semiconductor photomask measurement and repair equipment, you will be responsible for equipment maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, installation, and startup. You will also manage customer communication, including scheduling, reporting, and technical meetings, as well as liaise with German engineers during troubleshooting.

Requirements
- Experience as a Field Service Engineer for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Professional education in electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license.
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
Skills
- Team leadership and management experience.
- Experience communicating with headquarters in a foreign company.
- Service skills for vacuum and electron beam systems (repair equipment).
- Service skills for optical systems (measurement equipment).

Salary/Compensations
- ¥5,000,000 - ¥9,400,000 (including bonuses and various allowances, depending on skills and experience)
- Monthly salary: ¥400,000 - ¥620,000
