About the Role

We are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition & People Operations Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment and enhance the employee experience from offer acceptance through the first 180 days. This role involves building strong hiring partnerships, creating positive candidate and new hire experiences, and optimizing People processes for a growing organization. You will partner with hiring managers globally, guide hiring processes, and ensure a people-centered experience for all.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, partnering with hiring managers from intake through offer delivery.
  • Build proactive sourcing strategies and structured, evidence-based hiring processes.
  • Develop interview guides, assessment frameworks, and resources for effective interviewing.
  • Utilize recruitment data and market insights to improve hiring quality, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Own the employee journey from accepted offer through the 180-day probation period.
  • Coordinate preboarding, onboarding, and cross-functional handoffs for a welcoming new hire experience.
  • Partner with managers to support integration, probation milestones, and compliant offboarding.
  • Simplify, standardize, and improve recruitment and employee lifecycle workflows.
  • Build and maintain documentation, templates, and knowledge resources.
  • Use operational data and technology to reduce manual work and strengthen the employee experience.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and other tools to improve recruiting workflows and enhance experiences.
  • Develop expertise in core People Operations, including employment documentation, contracts, and lifecycle administration.
  • Support day-to-day People Operations with sound judgment, discretion, professionalism, and a service mindset.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Partnering, or a comparable recruitment role, ideally with exposure to People Operations or HR administration.
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment independently.
  • Effective partnership with hiring managers and process guidance from intake through offer.
  • Experience improving recruitment, interview, onboarding, or employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced or growing organization.
  • Exposure to onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, contracts, amendments, or employee lifecycle administration.
  • Ability to build expertise in People Operations areas as needed.
  • Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, and knowing when to seek support or escalation.
  • Ability to interpret data and present insights to clients.
  • Curiosity about AI and automation, with an interest in exploring practical ways to improve Talent Acquisition workflows.
  • Comfortable supporting international or distributed teams (Nice to Have).
  • Track record implementing or optimizing ATS, HRIS, or other People systems (Nice to Have).
  • History of improving operational workflows through automation or technology (Nice to Have).
  • Skilled at creating documentation, playbooks, or other operational resources (Nice to Have).
