About the Role
Avanzanite Bioscience B.V. is seeking a Master Data Analyst to lead Business Central ERP implementation, control Master Data, and assist with various new software launches.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the field with a related degree
- Fluency in English
- Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach
- Comfortable dealing with uncertainties
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
- Agility: be able to listen, adapt, find creative solutions, and persevere
- Team player
Skills
- Master Data Management (data governance, data quality, validation, cleansing, and maintenance)
- ERP system implementation
- Apple Devices and Microsoft Suite familiarity
- Strong Excel skills (data analysis, reconciliation, pivot tables, large datasets)
- Working knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation
- Experience in other start-ups (a plus)
- Other EU languages (a plus)
