About the Role
Healey Brothers is seeking an experienced, positive, and energetic automotive Cashier to join their service department team. This role offers significant growth potential within the company.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers at the cashier window, answering customer questions, and providing information on procedures or policies.
- Computing and recording transaction totals.
- Counting money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure correct amounts and adequate change.
- Reconciling the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Establishing or identifying prices of parts or service and tabulating bills using calculators, cash registers, or computers.
- Issuing receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
- Compiling and maintaining non-monetary reports and records.
- Assisting the service department with administrative duties.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be 18+ years of age.
- Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with passengers and team members.
- Ability to follow instructions from the department manager.
- Dealership knowledge is a plus.
- Interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
