Requirements
- Construction, general contractor, handyman, or general maintenance experience
- Ability to work on weekends and provide on-call support on a rotating basis
- Ability to independently plan, organize, and perform high-quality, detail-oriented work
- Valid driver's license required as driving is an essential job function
