Responsibilities

  • Crafting and executing brilliant omnichannel media plans, seamlessly blending strong traditional TV buying expertise with progressive, modern media strategies.
  • Taking the reins on campaigns from end to end - from flawless implementation and 100% financial accuracy to delivering insightful post-campaign analysis.

  • Keeping a finger on the pulse of emerging opportunities, leveraging market insights, and acting as a positive ambassador for the agency with media partners.

Requirements

  • A strong offline background who loves mentoring others and is ready to push the boundaries of omnichannel planning.
  • A rock-solid background in offline media and TV buying, paired with a genuine excitement to embrace and drive broader omnichannel campaigns.
  • Confidence in core media planning principles - such as scheduling, flighting, seasonality, and effective reach theories - to build robust recommendations.
  • Proven people management experience with a natural knack for guiding, motivating, and developing junior team members.
