About the Role
In this role, you will create and edit sports content for major clients, working on-site at games, in studios, and during athlete shoots. You will have significant responsibility from day one in a small, dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Shoot, edit, and photograph sports content, with a focus on short-form video.
- Be present on location at games, events, and in the studio for shoots with athletes.
- Develop photo and video recap content into larger studio productions and long-form editorial storytelling.
Requirements
- Experience in shooting and editing video.
- Demonstrated talent in shooting and editing short-form video.
- A good sense for lighting.
- The desire to learn and improve is more important than a perfect portfolio.
- Passion for both sports and content creation.
- Reliable, proactive, and transparent.
- Willingness to work on game days and at events.
- Ability to contribute own ideas and see them through from concept to publication.
- Ability to grow with the role, taking on more responsibility and developing further.
