About the Role
United Dental Corporation (UDC) is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join Raio Dental in Medford, Long Island. This role offers the opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry, build long-term patient relationships, and have clinical autonomy, supported by the operational resources of a larger dental group.
Responsibilities
- Practice comprehensive dentistry.
- Build long-term patient relationships.
- Diagnose and treatment-plan based on clinical judgment.
- Take ownership of patients and treatment plans.
- Communicate well with patients.
- Provide comprehensive care.
- Collaborate with the broader dental team.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active New York Dental License.
- Active DEA Registration required.
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
- Commitment to high-quality patient care.
- Comprehensive treatment-planning skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience practicing in PPO and/or fee-for-service environments.

Salary/Compensations
- 33% of adjusted net production
- $800–$1,000/day ramp-up guarantee for the first 4–6 months
