About the Role
The Local Project is seeking a talented individual to join their team, contributing to Australia, New Zealand, and North America's fastest-growing design publication. This role involves ensuring all edits meet the highest standards while adhering to time and resource constraints, liaising with senior videographers and content creators, sourcing music and effects, interpreting client feedback, and managing footage and assets.
Responsibilities
- Understanding The Local Project’s aesthetic, look and feel, and ensuring every edit is done to this highest possible standard within the time and resource restrictions.
- Liaising with Senior Videographers and Content Creators (both in-house or freelance) on delivery of video assets.
- Sourcing appropriate music, audio and visual effects and other supporting materials to support production.
- Working alongside the Account Management teams and Producers to interpret client feedback in subsequent cuts.
- Delivering, storing and filing all raw footage and final assets.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a production environment and a good understanding of the end to end production process.
- Knowledge of editing software including Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Exposure to the Architecture and Design industries will be looked upon favourably.
- Ability to travel as required.
