Responsibilities

  • Strategize optimal marketplace strategies for merchants, dashers, and consumers.
  • Operate and manage tracking dashboards, monitoring weekly metrics to ensure high-quality operations.
  • Analyze program and experiment costs/benefits using spreadsheets and SQL, accelerating analysis with AI.
  • Experiment by transforming strategies into operational tests, product features, and tooling for measurable outcomes.
  • Build with AI by automating processes, prototyping, and developing product visions, pushing AI boundaries.
  • Lead, collaborate, and influence cross-functional teams (growth, quality, finance, product, engineering) to launch initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in analytical and cross-functional environments (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related).
  • Demonstrated ownership of work product and outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ability to build from the ground up.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable pulling data in SQL and building models in spreadsheets.
  • Ability to solve problems from first principles, synthesize complex issues, and translate goals into actionable plans.
  • Comfort operating at both high-level strategic and detailed operational levels.
  • Thrives in ambiguous, rapidly changing, startup environments.
  • Energized by AI tools, actively experimenting with them to automate, accelerate analysis, and unlock new capabilities.
  • Comfortable with a role scope that evolves with AI advancements.
  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in a field combining quantitative and critical thinking skills.
