This role is ideal for a procurement professional looking to take ownership of a diverse corporate portfolio, partner with key business stakeholders, and contribute to the efficient operation of a large and complex healthcare organisation.
Responsibilities
- Manage your procurement portfolio across diverse corporate categories
- Build supplier performance and procurement capability
- Manage purchasing activities
- Support sourcing and tender processes
- Oversee supplier performance
- Ensure the reliable and cost-effective delivery of goods and services across a range of corporate categories
- Use data and insights to inform decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen supplier relationships and deliver value across the organisation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes
- Contribute to the ongoing development of a high-performing procurement function
Requirements
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or category management
- Exposure to tenders, RFx processes and supplier relationship management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing procurement data, inventory and performance reporting
- Knowledge of procurement systems and ERP platforms
- Experience working across corporate services or complex operational environments highly regarded
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a range of pre-employment checks and assessments
