About the Role

This role provides essential administrative, governance, and transactional support across Clinical and Corporate procurement portfolios within a values-based, not-for-profit organization. You will manage purchasing transactions, supplier onboarding, and contract documentation to ensure efficient and compliant procurement, contributing to the smooth operation of NSW's largest private hospital and supporting patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Support procurement across clinical and corporate portfolios
  • Manage purchasing transactions, supplier onboarding, procurement records, and contract documentation
  • Ensure goods and services are procured efficiently, compliantly, and in line with organizational policies
  • Support sourcing activities, tenders, supplier management, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate governance records and registers

Requirements

  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, contract administration, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience maintaining records, registers, and compliance documentation
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and governance requirements
  • Experience using ERP or procurement systems such as Oracle, JDE, or similar
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working in a regulated or compliance-focused environment highly regarded
  • Qualification in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
