About the Role

Provide dedicated analytical support to the Procurement & Supply Chain function, transforming data into meaningful insights that support decision-making and drive business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards.
  • Transform procurement, inventory, and supplier data into meaningful insights.
  • Provide analysis to support sourcing initiatives, supplier performance management, savings opportunities, and operational improvements.
  • Strengthen reporting capability across the function.
  • Ensure stakeholders have access to accurate, timely, and actionable information.

Requirements

  • Experience in business, data, or reporting analyst roles.
  • Strong data visualization and reporting skills using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and/or Excel.
  • Experience developing dashboards, KPI scorecards, and business reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Ability to present insights clearly to a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting procurement, supply chain, finance, or operational teams is highly regarded.
  • Experience in healthcare or other regulated environments is desirable.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Analytics, Business, Commerce, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets, reporting tools, and dashboards.
  • Confidently partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for continuous improvement.
  • Enjoy using data to drive meaningful business outcomes.
