About the Role
Mount Kisco Chevrolet is seeking a Business Development Sales Representative to join our Sales Department. This role is ideal for a responsible, hard-working, and dedicated individual who enjoys working with people and is looking for a financially rewarding career opportunity with potential for growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads
- Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on vehicle offerings
- Work in close partnership with sales consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements
- Meet specified monthly targets and goals
- Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working collaboratively and professionally with all customers, teams, and departments with a positive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
Requirements
- Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred
- At least 1 year of internet sales experience; experience in an automotive setting preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass background and drug screenings
- Proficient with computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
