About the Role
Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Warehouse Lead to support its Food and Beverage operations. This role involves overseeing the complete lifecycle of inventory, from receiving shipments to organizing warehouse shelves, and combines daily hands-on logistics tracking with Lead responsibilities during peak operational times and major events.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize campus-wide food and beverage inventory shipments
- Verify deliveries against POs and invoices
- Support all incoming and internal transfer of inventory
- Serve as on-site warehouse lead during assigned shifts and event weekends when needed
- Communicate delivery delays and discrepancies to Purchasing Manager
- Perform food and beverage QC checks
- Utilize WMS, POS, and scanning systems including, NetSuite, and Shift4 Devices
- Replenish inventory across brick-and-mortar food and beverage locations as needed
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to safely operate large trucks, utility vehicles or golf carts
- Ability to safely operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment based on role needs
- Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 80 pounds
- Ability to squat, bend, twist, push/pull
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision
- Work in extreme environments such as walk-in cooler and freezer spaces and outdoor temperatures throughout the year for extended periods of time
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud during events
