About the Role

Consulting – HR Strategy & Technology organizations to strategically realign their HR function and position it for the future. Our team strengthens the role of HR with sound strategy and process consulting, deep technological understanding, and the targeted use of AI.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on the development of modern HR IT landscapes and support their digital transformation of the HR function.
Analyze existing HR IT system landscapes, identify optimization potential, and develop future-proof HR IT strategies.
Identify the latest AI developments, design target architectures, evaluate HR tech solutions, and support the selection and implementation of modern HR technologies.
Utilize data analysis and modern data strategies to enable informed decisions, and develop/use AI agents.
Design workshops, create compelling presentations for top management, and support companies in strategic decisions regarding their HR IT roadmap.
Lead initial sub-projects and take responsibility towards clients and junior colleagues by sharing knowledge and experience.

Requirements

At least two years of relevant professional experience in the mentioned task areas within a consulting context, including a successfully completed university degree.
Sound expertise in HR IT strategy development or HR IT projects / system implementations.
Analytical and interpretive skills, presentation and moderation skills, sense of responsibility combined with great team spirit.
Project management, client management, entrepreneurial thinking, and adaptability.
Pronounced ability to identify and critically evaluate AI potential and to use it specifically for innovative solution approaches, sound recommendations, and measurable customer benefit.
