About the Role
Solar Consultants meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments to guide them through understanding and purchasing solar. This role involves no door knocking, cold calling, or prospecting, as all appointments are set, confirmed, and scheduled by the company. Momentum Solar invests approximately $1,000 per appointment to ensure consultants meet with qualified homeowners, supporting them with an industry-leading 70% sit rate.
Responsibilities
- Attend pre-set, confirmed appointments with homeowners
- Clearly explain solar and battery storage options, pricing, and benefits
- Answer questions and address concerns with confidence and honesty
- Guide homeowners through a structured decision-making process
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
Requirements
- Car and license required
- Must be comfortable working evenings and weekends to match homeowner schedules
