About the Role
This role is responsible for building a verified core of AI agents, skills, and Glean projects that encode how TKO actually works, ensuring they are trusted, reusable, and supported across all business units. It is a hands-on builder position focused on identifying common workflows, building canonical versions, and enabling other teams to leverage these capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship verified cross-functional artifacts: agents, skills, and Glean projects that encode shared workflows.
- Own artifacts as products, ensuring they have defined owners, feedback cadences, and update paths.
- Establish and maintain the definition of 'verified' for TKO artifacts, ensuring they are tested, documented, monitored, and safe for others to build upon.
- Define and uphold the quality bar for agent launches, including user intent coverage, out-of-scope handling, and success measures.
- Design and run evaluations for every agent, using test sets and success criteria to determine launch readiness.
- Conduct post-launch reviews for agents, deciding on iteration, retirement, or re-promotion based on adoption.
- Diagnose and fix platform-level failures, escalating genuine product gaps with reproducible cases.
- Engage directly with teams across business units to understand their workflows and identify common patterns.
- Separate underlying processes from specific requests, judging whether a workflow is a TKO-wide pattern.
- Identify and recommend areas for concentration: which capabilities justify a verified central build, which justify a single-business build, and which teams should build themselves.
- Maintain an up-to-date view of workflow coverage across TKO.
- Build and maintain the pattern library, including templates, worked examples, and reference instruction sets.
- Publish the logic for distinguishing verified core builds from team-built agents.
- Run agent-building working sessions to transfer capability to business unit users.
- Ensure the verified core is extensible, allowing teams to build upon existing skills and projects.
- Own the surfacing, naming, description, and ranking of agents to maintain a usable catalogue.
- Promote best practices and successful solutions from one business unit to others.
- Design and deliver hands-on agent-building training for business unit users and champions.
- Build training curriculum from real builds and actual team workflows.
- Teach teams to extend verified skills or projects.
- Produce starting-point content for new cohorts, including starter agents and role-based materials.
- Assess team readiness for independent building and identify necessary changes.
- Maintain a view of the verified core and upcoming developments.
- Provide a clear path for teams to surface workflow demand for prioritization.
- Ensure decisions are traceable, documenting what was built, declined, and why.
- Issue weekly written updates on shipped items, blocks, and needed decisions.
- Maintain a live action log for build commitments with owners and dates.
- Come to reviews with recommendations and trade-offs.
- Surface risks early for planning.
Requirements
- Demonstrable portfolio of AI agents, assistants, or automations personally built and shipped into production use.
- Ability to analyze a real business workflow and translate it into a technical solution.
- Deep hands-on fluency with at least one enterprise AI platform (e.g., Glean, Copilot, Claude, Agentforce), including prompt and instruction design, retrieval and permissions behavior, and tool and action wiring.
- Ability to design and run evaluations: building test sets, defining success criteria, and measuring fallback and error rates.
- Ability to diagnose agent failure at the platform level and distinguish causes (retrieval, permissions, instruction, source-coverage, intent-scope).
- Experience teaching others to build (training, enablement sessions, office hours, or documented pattern library).
- Demonstrated judgment working across autonomous business units or divisions to find common capabilities and build reusable solutions.
- Evidence of building reusable supported capability rather than volume.
- Based in the United States and able to work a full East Coast business day.
