About the Role
The Director, Client Insights and Reporting will lead and mentor a growing team of Data and Analytics professionals focusing on a set of key client accounts. This role is focused on ensuring customer delight through the depth, quality, and frequency of reporting, requiring direct client interaction and adaptability to evolving requirements. The individual will mentor their team towards operational excellence and customer satisfaction, prioritizing accuracy and meaningful application of results for both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Act as a client-facing subject matter expert capable of leading meetings and driving outcomes.
- Oversee reporting and data success for assigned client account portfolios and related internal business units.
- Partner strategically with Haymarket business units to define success metrics and establish consistency.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams, including Analytics, to identify optimization opportunities, measurement improvements, and additional analytics engagements.
- Mentor and develop junior staff in client reporting, audience insights, and analytics to build a center of excellence.
- Create KPIs with the Analytics team to support informed decision-making by business leaders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance analytics processes, data integration, and measurement consistency.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI Developers to resolve data discrepancies.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of direct experience in a client-facing role within the digital health space.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Knowledge of the HCP NPP landscape is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and demeanor.
- Strong management, mentorship, and leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of media performance data.
- Ability to handle technical troubleshooting with perseverance and patience.
- Superb attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and thorough work.
- Ability to multitask, juggle priorities, pivot frequently, and tackle urgent work.
- Ability to critically think and problem-solve quickly.
