Robinhood's International team is seeking a Product Designer to shape the international customer experience for investing, trading, and crypto products. This AI-first role involves designing onboarding, trading, and money movement experiences that are localized and compliant across various global markets.
Responsibilities
- Design key features such as onboarding, trading, crypto, and money movement for international markets.
- Partner with product, engineering, legal, and compliance to navigate market-specific nuances.
- Simplify cross-border and multi-currency concepts into user-friendly interfaces.
- Utilize AI for idea exploration, edge case identification, and rapid prototyping.
- Drive project direction and progress in markets with limited existing precedent.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of complex consumer products.
- Regular use of AI in the design process.
- Interest in global markets and cross-border financial products.
- Experience working with legal, compliance, and cross-functional partners in a regulated environment.
- Strong systems thinking skills, balancing product consistency with local market needs.
- A bias for action and ability to navigate ambiguity.
