About the Role

Valinor Condor is building the next generation of autonomous VTOL aircraft for defense and enterprise applications. This role is critical to scaling our manufacturing capability and supporting rapid growth.

Responsibilities

  • Perform precision mechanical assembly of small UAS platforms and subassemblies
  • Conduct electrical assembly, including soldering and wiring
  • Support component/assembly testing
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve assembly or integration issues with engineering support
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop in accordance with ESD and safety protocols
  • Support continuous improvement in assembly processes and documentation

Requirements

  • Experience with mechanical and/or electrical assembly
  • Proficiency in soldering and wiring for small electronics
  • Familiarity with 3D printing, drones, UAS, robotics, or RC systems strongly preferred
  • Ability to read and follow technical assembly instructions, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.62, based in the United States
  • Must be able to access information, materials, and technologies subject to U.S. export controls (EAR and/or ITAR)
