About the Role
The Content Developer is a dedicated, behind-the-screen media production specialist responsible for bringing instructional outlines to life. This position focuses purely on graphic formatting, layout optimization, and multimedia integration, with no LMS administrative or classroom teaching duties.
Responsibilities
- Convert Instructional Designer outlines and storyboards into interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Rise 360 and other e-learning development programs and tools.
- Utilize custom graphics, banners, infographics, and visual elements in Canva (or Adobe Suite) following brand guidelines.
- Optimize course layouts, visual hierarchy, and formatting for maximum learner engagement and visual clarity.
- Edit and embed graphic assets, micro-videos, audio clips, and interactive elements into online training assets.
- Deliver finalized, export-ready course packages (e.g., SCORM) to the LMS Clerk for technical upload and QA.
Requirements
- 2+ years of graphic design, e-learning production, or digital content creation experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Articulate Rise 360 and Canva.
- Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
- Visual storytelling skills.
- An eye for typography/layout.
- Strict adherence to brand standards.
- High attention to visual detail.
