About the Role
As a founding product designer on the Innovation team, you will build and ship complex, scaled solutions for tens of thousands of clients. You will influence user experience, product strategy, design systems, and business strategy, playing a key role in foundational decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end experience, including full user journeys and business goals.
- Build in partnership with clients, advisors, and colleagues to identify opportunities, understand needs, and test prototypes.
- Establish foundational product strategy and user experience, influencing business strategy and prioritization.
- Build at the cutting edge of applied AI, working across the AI stack.
- Define the standards of design, setting the overall design direction and visual language.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience.
- Financial services industry experience, including wealth management or investment advisory.
- Demonstrated experience in AI tooling, models, harnesses, and workflows.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and build 0-to-1 products from first principles.
- Expertise with Figma, Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.
