About the Role
This role is focused on supporting clients and business stakeholders in the middle office function within Clear Street's Equity and Fixed Income team, part of the operations division.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily trade captures, confirmations, and allocations.
- Handle daily trade and settlement queries.
- Investigate and resolve daily positions and nostro breaks.
- Investigate and resolve regulatory reporting items.
- Manage the monthly and quarterly Broker Confirmation processes.
- Assist in the buildout of new applications and help test during integrations.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to fulfill business requirements.
- Contribute to process improvement and the general operation of the team and company.
Requirements
- At least two (2) years of professional experience with and a strong knowledge of Equity/Fixed Income products.
- Strong understanding of equities and fixed income trade processing.
- Experience in various allocation platforms, Omgeo Central Trade Matching, Fix protocol.
- Experience working with large data sets.
- Self-motivated, high attention to details, and extremely organized.
