About the Role
The Intermediate Electrical Designer is responsible for developing electrical design solutions for custom UV disinfection equipment and systems, ensuring designs meet customer, regulatory, and company requirements while supporting project execution across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Developing electrical design solutions for custom UV disinfection equipment and systems.
- Creating and maintaining electrical schematics, panel drawings, P&IDs, bills of materials, and supporting documentation.
- Reviewing project specifications and ensuring designs meet customer, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Supporting project execution through collaboration with Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Project Engineering teams.
- Participating in design reviews, commissioning support, and resolution of technical issues.
- Providing technical guidance to junior team members and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical design, industrial controls, panel design, or related engineering environment.
- Proficiency in electrical schematics, industrial control systems, and AutoCAD software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
