About the Role

The Sales & Revenue Operations Associate drives and sustains revenue growth by combining hands-on sales execution with the operational infrastructure that supports it. This role generates and converts pipeline through sales activity while building and refining systems, tools, and processes for efficient sales scaling. It ensures no leads are missed, process bottlenecks are addressed, and the sales engine remains effective and adaptable in a fast-growing division.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and qualify new leads (clinics, distributors, healthcare providers) via calls, email, LinkedIn outreach, etc.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, qualify need/fit, and route or convert opportunities.
  • Manage a personal pipeline of qualified leads through to handoff or close, maintaining aggressive follow-up cadences.
  • Conduct product demos/introductory calls to educate prospects on NasoNeb products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to respond to customer feedback via email, calls, on social platforms, eCommerce sites, etc., for quick and effective responses and/or issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain sales collateral: pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and proposal templates.
  • Support onboarding/training resources as sales team grows.
  • Attend clinical and industry meetings, and trade shows where required.
  • Own and continuously improve CRM hygiene, pipeline stages, and lead routing logic.
  • Track and report on key pipeline metrics (conversion rates, cycle time, lead source performance, etc.) to leadership.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement fixes – new sequences, tools, or workflows.
  • Work with Sales to support timely lead handoffs, consistent CRM processes, effective sales follow-up, and visibility into pipeline activity.
  • Manage event planning for clinical and industry meetings, and tradeshows.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation, including the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, etc.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Digital Health, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales, sales operations, or revenue operations role.
  • Animal health, medical device, or healthcare experience preferred.
  • High emotional intelligence with a growth mindset.
  • Ability to learn quickly to support execution.
  • Comfortable being both a doer – prospecting and calling – and a builder – developing systems, processes, and reporting.
  • CRM proficiency, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience on platforms such as Excel and Power BI.
  • Advanced verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail, able to juggle live deals and behind-the-scenes operations simultaneously.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly.
  • Comfortable making decisions and iterating without waiting for a fully built playbook.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others towards a desired outcome.
