About the Role
Hunter Douglas is seeking high-potential MBA graduates for a full-time role that begins with a four-month, high-visibility strategic project sponsored by the Executive Leadership Team. Following the project, you will transition into a full-time role aligned with your skills and the company's strategic needs, offering opportunities to learn the business and accelerate your career.
Responsibilities
- Complete three weeks of onboarding, including a one-week local team onboarding and global induction at HQ.
- Connect with Senior Leaders and other MBA Hires.
- Take ownership of a strategic project that drives measurable impact and aligns with business goals.
- Transition into a full-time role within the business after the initial project.
Requirements
- Full-time student completing an MBA program with an expected graduation date of June 2027.
- 3+ years of professional work experience between undergraduate graduation and MBA program start, or 3+ years of military work experience prior to MBA program start.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to one of our major location hubs: Atlanta, GA, Broomfield, CO, Irvine, CA, New York, NY, Dallas, TX, or Sarasota, FL.
