This role focuses on solving complex business problems using statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimentation, working closely with cross-functional partners and global teams. As a senior member, you will guide analytical approaches, ensure quality, and help evolve procedures within a modern data science ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze experiments (A/B testing, incrementality, causal inference) to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Find opportunities to standardize analytics approaches through reusable methodologies and frameworks.
  • Collaborate closely with offshore data science teams, including task prioritization, work allocation, and quality assurance of analytical deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring consistency in methodology, coding standards, and analytical rigor.
  • Apply modern machine learning techniques and leverage emerging capabilities (e.g., Generative AI, advanced experimentation) where appropriate.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Strong foundation in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling.
  • Experience working with large-scale data environments (e.g., Databricks, Spark).
  • Proven ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
  • Experience working with distributed and offshore teams in a global delivery model.
  • Strong experience with experimental design and measurement (A/B testing, causal inference, marketing attribution).
  • Familiarity with data visualization and storytelling techniques to communicate insights effectively.
  • Experience working with cloud-based data environments (Azure, AWS) and data pipelines is preferred.
  • Hands-on coding experience in Python is required.
  • Exposure to MLOps concepts and model lifecycle management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI / LLM applications for analytics and insights is a plus.
